We require 48hr cancellation notice for groups of 5 or less. For
groups of 6 or more we require 5 days cancellation notice.
There is a strict 50% cancellation fee on all late cancellation
notices.
Pets are not allowed on the tour. Pets will also not be allowed
entry into the Canyon Lights tour as per the park’s policy.
No less than 15 minutes prior to your departure. This allows us
to complete any pre-departure checks and paperwork, as well
as the introduction of your tour guide to the group.
Outdoor attire is highly recommended: Comfortable walking shoes, wind resistant jacket and umbrella.
Yes, if you are in a hotel downtown with a group greater than 6. For groups
below 6 there is a $40 transport charge for hotel pick-up.
Unfortunately, we do not have any washroom facilities on the
tour bus. We advise all guests to use the washroom prior to
boarding. However, there will be washroom facilities at the
drop-off point to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.
No, our tours have been purposely designed to cater for all ages.
Yes, ticket entry to Canyon Lights is included in the tour price.
Yes, we have partnered with Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
who provide a free shuttle every 30 minutes from the park back
downtown.
Yes, all our vehicles are heated, however we do recommend
dressing warm as you will be outside for a portion of the tour.
The consumption of alcohol during the tour, arrival intoxicated,
or disruptive behavior will result in the guest(s) being asked to
leave the tour. No refund will be given.
